Raphael Fisch

Raphael Fisch combines legal precision with a keen sense for his clients' needs. His practice focuses on family and child law, including proceedings before the child and adult protection authority (KESB), corporate law and notarial services. He also advises on IP and IT law as well as data protection law. His approach is pragmatic and solution-oriented.

Raphael Fisch first studied philosophy at the University of Bern (BA phil., 2012) and then law at the University of Zurich (MLaw, 2013). He obtained his bar admission and notarial patent in 2017. After practising as an attorney in Zurich, he co-founded SteuriFisch AG in 2019.

As a public notary, he also handles notarisations and other notarial matters in his fields of practice. He publishes on topics from his practice and attaches importance to clear communication — from the first meeting to the conclusion of the mandate.

Raphael Fisch is a member of the Swiss Bar Association SBA, the St. Gallen and Zurich Bar Associations and the Eastern Swiss Jurists Association. He advises in German, English and French.
