Raphael Fisch

Raphael Fisch combines legal precision with a keen sense for his clients' needs. His practice focuses on family and child law, including proceedings before the child and adult protection authority (KESB), corporate and SME law and notarial services. He also advises on IP and IT law as well as data protection law. His approach is pragmatic and solution-oriented.

After his Matura at Kantonsschule Wil (2006), Raphael Fisch studied law at the University of Zurich (BLaw 2011, including two semesters at the University of Geneva; MLaw 2013) and philosophy (BA phil., 2014). He then served as legal counsel at Abacus Research AG. He completed his legal traineeship at the District Court of Rorschach and at ME Advocat Rechtsanwälte in Staad and obtained his bar admission and notarial patent in 2017. He went on to work as a court clerk at the Administrative Appeals Commission of the Canton of St. Gallen. In 2019 he co-founded SteuriFisch AG.

As a public notary, he also handles notarisations and other notarial matters in his fields of practice. He attaches importance to clear communication — from the first meeting to the conclusion of the mandate.

Raphael Fisch is a member of the Swiss Bar Association, the St. Gallen Bar Association, the St. Gallen Jurists' Association and the Swiss Jurists' Association. Since 2025 he has chaired the lower secondary school board of Sproochbrugg. He advises in German, English and French.
