Fabian Steuri

Fabian Steuri advises private individuals and companies on inheritance and corporate law matters. As a Certified Specialist SBA Inheritance Law, he holds a certified specialisation in inheritance law and estate planning. Clients value his clear analyses, solution-oriented advice and personal commitment.

He completed his studies at the University of St. Gallen in 2011 with an M.A. HSG in Law and obtained his bar admission and notarial patent in 2014. After positions as a legal associate in Zurich and as an associate at a law firm in Wil SG, he co-founded SteuriFisch AG in 2019. In 2023 he obtained the title of Certified Specialist SBA Inheritance Law.

His practice focuses on wills and inheritance contracts, the planning and administration of estates, and corporate law including transactions. As a public notary, he notarises legal transactions in these areas. He also publishes regularly on inheritance law topics.

Fabian Steuri is a member of the Swiss Bar Association SBA, the St. Gallen Bar Association and the Eastern Swiss Jurists Association. He advises in German, English and French.
