FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

An initial consultation usually lasts 60 minutes and is billed on a time-spent basis. We will inform you transparently about the conditions in advance.

A will is advisable as soon as you have assets or wish to safeguard family arrangements. Early planning is particularly recommended for cohabiting couples, blended families or business owners.

Without a will, the statutory succession rules apply. This means your assets are distributed according to the Swiss Civil Code – which does not always reflect your personal wishes.
